Here is the neew bunch of answers to your questions.

Will there be a dynamic (season) change of the prices for goods shiping in different parts of the ingame world in different seasons? (will there be different seasons?) E.G. During the harvesting more grain-carriers and gas-tank trucks and heavy trucks are needed.

No. The game model of goods turnover isn't so complicated. The fact is that most agricultural products in San Hoakin valley (the main source of agricultural roducts in California) are produced all year round (4 harvest per year), that's why the assortment of goods and the prices for them don't change significantly.

Will a player have to pay taxes for keeping his own truck fleet and offices. Will there be any penalties for not-in-time tax payment? Will there be a tax inspection?

No. It seems a bit steep..)

Will there be some kind of abstract economical connection between the country California (according to the story of the game, California is a country) abd other abstract countries (Atlantida, Pokemonia, etc.)?

It's just a usual California. There is a connection with Nevada in the game (a art of Nevada is a part of the ingame world).

Will there be some cataclysms (huricanes, flooding, terrorist acts like in SimCity) that influence the game country economy?

Some of such things will be presented in the game, but it's a secret now.

Will the rain/snow affect truck behavior on the road?

Certainly they will!

Will Kenworth K100 be presented in the game?

Unfortunately it won't. Despite all our dissuasion helped us to get the license for it, as it's out of production.

IS it possible to lose a wheel while driving on the road?

I think no.

Will a player be able to do inspection of a truck himself?

Yes, but he should have some knowledge (how to find the damage accoeding to the behaviour of the truck, sensors and indicating lamps readings.)

Will the wheels get bigger at hot weather?

No, they won't. But one should keep an eye on the brake pads and to use engine brake more often, especially at descents.
