Version number staying the same? How to ascertain steam has patched it?

Patches come in couple of seconds to me, i don't want to look my steam next 2-4hours

if you disable the filter then propellors would not be affected, aka; should now be visible.

Hmm i did wonder however i can only presume it means different regions have different laws to use a better word on these filters..some are just content with having a warning on the DVD/download etc etc while others have to do what CoD done to start..hopefully some players will have better prop animation now then?
