63 is the correct number for the 6 core... but honestly - better results will be had without AffinityMask activated and with Core Parking disabled
binary core 1 ------ 0 2 ------ 1 4 ------ 2 8 ------ 3 16 ----- 4 32 ----- 5 = 63
