Hey Happy.
Did you happen to overclock your card using something like nTune by chance? EDIT: See you tried several driver versions so skip that. Tried disabling Aero? You can do it by just right clicking your desktop, personalize and choose a non aero basic windows theme. Can you see your GPU temps when you are gaming? Is it running very hot or normal?
