Default Please help the coop fans

I second the question. How come it is not possible to launch any multi mission, like the stuka assault on ships, and just join in 2 of the planes with a friend?

Or is there an easy switch on the mission editor to enable this on any mission?

Or perhaps we do something wrong? Realism stuff is set right, server connexion is ok for both guys, still no way to share a Lan flight. The second player sets the right army but cannot jump in any plane...

Thanks for the help.

I have just finished trying all short of variation to launch a cooperative mission in Multiplayer environment.
Tried:
Regular Player/server
cooperative missions from cooperative folder
cooperative missions from dogfight folder
cooperative missions with spawn places

Dedicated Server
mission load as above

Result: Only host in the Regular Player/server can select the planes in mission.
All other client can only see and use the spawn places.

I wonder if there is something in FMB that we suppose to include in the cooperative missions or...multiplayer is not quite ready yet.

STOP PRESS!

We think it's the case that you to have consistent Early/Late - Formation - Possibly Aircraft Type.

But it's getting late, so maybe a full answer tomorrow!

OK, so we've created Coops on one of the Island maps, but not the Channel.
We suspect that the slightest inconsistency in the data for the map causes it to be un-joinable for others.

Ok i start a COOP on my dedicated server and i join from my gaming rig, I then START the battle (from server) , choose my side and look on the map for airplanes...find one and JUST like joining a spwn point on a dedicated server I cant just click on the plane i have to move the mouse TO A POSITION AT ABOUT 5 oclock from the plane and 1 inch away (with map at %80-90 zoom) at which point I can click on it I then choose ENTER not FLY! at which point the plane is mine

When you start your COOP leave map icons ON!

have fun

S!
