Much, much better. Nice job.
Game runs smoothly at medium settings (no stuttering at all) and almost smoothly at high settings (some stuttering over land).
I havent tested flying down low over a town yet, but from what I've seen so far it looks like it's getting better.
A gaming buddy on medium end machine reports no big changes for him, but we had been warned that this patch was mostly for high end boxes... It surely did a lot of good for me!

Here <=latest screenies marked 'Apr.14 Patch installed' have FPS reported by Fraps in the bottom-right corner. (NOTE: 25-30 FPS is good enough as long as it doesnt stutter...)
