I would say squeaking, creaking, something like that, I dont think is the ventilator of the CPU cooler as I dared to stoped it with a pen for a second and the noise was coming from somewhere else. I think is the graphics card.
Download NVIDIA System Tools, it allow to play with the graphics card fan speed and many other things, increase its rpm and to check if the noise rally come from the graphics card
