Have you looked around the multiplayer section on these forums?
There are no dedicated server's at present, or official ones should I say. People are creating server's but they will only remain on-line all the time the person keep's it running. The server browser is also painfully slow. A community member has set-up a 24/7 server though. Multiplayer most definately needs some love.
