@ WTE-Newy - my OS is also XP
@BlackbusheFlyer -thanks for your help but I tried this but without sucess ,

I have submitted a ticket to nvidia

It's looking more like a problem with XP then anything else.

Hope they fix it soon for all the XP users out there.
