Unacceptable. Shame too. I bet that took away from your feeling of immersion in the sim, and your suspension of disbelief. I think Oleg and crew tried to do too much with CoD's engine. Better to do some things very well than a lot of things that bring detriment to the player's experience. It's a flight sim, after all. What did they want us to think about it?
