Apart from several guys saying their Hurricane fuel cocks no longer Click there is the problem that the Clicking cycle takes you through :-

Off - Main - Reserve - Off, i.e. you can't go back to Main from Reserve.

I think it needs two clickable areas, + and - to go forward and back (like there is for setting the Gyro).
In addition to this: In some cases. Mine and a couple of others I know about, The fuel cock is simply dead. Not clickable and keys bound to fuelcock#1 toggle, next, previous in addition to the axes bind, is not responding in game. I've tried binding to be safe fuelcock#1 to#8 just to be save. No go. So for us the few. The hurricane is not flyable in campaign. Since you need to get fuel running in order to take off :p

edit: weird thing is, all was well 2 days ago. Now its broken.

This should narrow it down hopefully for the devs. but above quote is only relevant now. 2 days ago I was flying with this enabled and it worked fine.

edit: above quote is actually not the culprit to this problem. its the "Limited Fuel" disabled which causes the fuel cock to be dead. Normally I would guess you wouldnt need the fuel cock when you have unlimitless fuel, were it not that the fuel cock on take off is set to OFF by default. so the devs should when all major issues are taken care of make sure that when limitless fuel is disabled then the fuel cock is set to MAIN at all times.

For now set your "limited fuel" to ON in the realism options.
