We reinstalled the game, one computer runs with windows Vista and the other one with windows 7.

Try to copy mission scripts from original maps and then make a test
And you will get the answer more quickly if you ask further modding questions in the modding forums on DMS (http://www.digitalmindsoft.eu/forums/).
