Q1: Not sure what you mean with it to be honest.

Q2: Not yet - we´re working on adding the Italians as a standalone nation for our mod (if you are interested, we´ve a thread about the project at http://www.digitalmindsoft.eu/forums...p?f=138&t=2924) but it is far from done.

The French MIGHT be added in the future but that depends on several things (interest from mod players, if the mod team has enough time to add (create new models, skins etc) them and a lot of other things).
