Ok from most people the settings that make the most difference are:
Setting resolution at or lower than 1920x1200 Buildings and trees set to low, or trees off. Grass off Roads off Mirrors off There is something about setting Processaffinitymask to 15 for a 4 core processor, but that is for intel and I am not sure how it will work for AMD. I know it is a pain to have to turn this all down. All of you system specs look great except the video card...unfortunately all of these settings tax your video card tremendously. Hope this helps!
