It might have been hydraulic oil, in the below picture you have 3 different types of aviation hydraulic oil. My dad used to work as a heavy machines operator before he retired and the machines required hydraulic oil to be re-filled and it was also pink colour:

There's a video on youtube of this happening, It comes from the engine and is a sort of dried blood red colour. I think addman is right and that it's hydraulic fluid or maybe even the coolant (dunno if that was red though)

The oil in certain aircraft is red. Maybe you received some damage during the mission that caused something else to fail later on, or if you are running with CEM and temp effects enabled in the realism settings you were just running the engine too hard for too long. This will hapen with CEM/temp effects on if you stay on full throttle for a long time.
