"The head moves so strong that you knock to the canopy in almost every turn"

Well actually it's pretty intense in a real aircraft of that caliber, the pilot has to be really high to feel comfortable and a better sight and he will definitely bang his head on the canopy a lot this is why the helmet is for canopy/cockpit bumps and not for crashes
