I guess what he is saying, and what I've collected during the many hours I've been reading these forums, is that users are experiencing no force-feedback effects. The self-centering "spring" effect that uses the FFB motors to center the stick works, but there are no shaking effects for gunfire/turbulence/vibrations/stalls or increasing resistance for increased airspeed etc...
