Thanks for the videos, Nike.
Did you notice any stuttering when you were messing around with the game?
It seems to run fairly well on your system.

The building pop-up in the first video is dreadful and seems to happen all over, not just at a certain distance. Can it be adjusted?
Happens with the trees also...

yea i am noticing the same, and the worrying part of it is that the player is on an i7 cpu and even if the gfx card is not top of the line it has 1gb in ram iirc. lots of texture fill rate issues to, once the buildings pop up you can see the textures filling in blocks as the players plane gets closer to them

this was not an issue at all in the older video previews we had see so far, so without the ubi-filter and fraps draining further fpsec's we should be ok. the way it stands right now my little i5 and 5770 card (1gb mem) doesnt stand a chance. lets keep the faith a little longer however, with the ubi filter removed and without fraps we should be ok, fingers crossed hopefully in the next few days we'll hear further news on fixes for this provided in the first patches, gives us enough time before the due release date in the west to decide

These videos give me hope. Thanks for posting. Hopefully the sim will be ready to go by the international release date.
