My take on things is that they are probably busy sorting out their first post-release steps and possibly the first patch.

They have two publishers (or maybe even three if it will eventually be sold on Steam as well, alongside 1c and Ubi) whose job is to do the promotion and sell the game, it's not their job to do the promotion if they don't self-publish it. Their job is to code stuff and by what i've seen during the closing months it's obvious that small, often difficult to spot yet important details are being revealed in each update.

I'd say i'm happier having them optimizing stuff until the last possible moment. Don't get me wrong, i still like the updates and expect them every week, but if the difference between a 1 minute video with a few screenshots and a full-blown 10 minute promo done to marketing standards is even a day's worth of optimizations and bug fixes getting lost, i prefer to have the optimizations take priority. Your mileage may vary of course.
