Platform Nation review, 9 out of 10!
"Men Of War: Assault Squad was a nice step away from the FPS war genre it was a welcome change. If you are looking for a great Real time strategy game then look no further then this title. Men Of War offered a great game and I think the price was fair for what you get. Sad that I didn’t get to play more into it for this review but will continue to play."

"Men of War – Assault Squad is an excellent strategy game that gets across brilliantly the struggle of wartime battles and a sense of fighting an overpowering enemy with the odds stacked against you. In particular it's nice to have a strategy game come along that requires you to actually use strategy and tactics rather than the Total Annihilation/Supreme Commander method of 'build a bazillion ships and win by numbers.'"

"Men of War: Assault Squad is a thoroughly enjoyable game that completely caught me off-guard. I’m sure I’m not the only person out there who has never played the first game and for that reason, hadn’t really considered looking into Allied Assault. For anyone who is looking for a solid war strategy game, I highly recommend it. Especially if you can convince a couple friends to pick it up with you to do some co-op gaming.'"
