resources and reenfrocemnt screen

hi thanks for your reply been looking over zeke woloff instructions i seem to missing a stage
ive made mods folder but when i start campaign.exe all i get is the program code but when i start campaign i get a full game with no resources but the game its self is saved unto that point i know i am missing something but what!! running on vista with game patched uptodate
using latest dcg software parts 1-4 loaded
