So. there is nothing in your folder with Editor in the name? The executable isn't called GEM Editor, its mow_editor or Outfront_editor. But id go with Kane's suggestion, the patches are
1.11.3 1.16.4 1.17.5 1.17.5.1 You have to install them in order to get them to work.
