I'm waiting CE to be released. Where can I order my CE anyone please tell me. I need English version.

Well if they have it like with IL2 you should be able to order anywhere and then during set up choose your prefered language, so in theory you could order over amazon.de they are taking orders both the normal and the collectors version.
