the more settings I increase the more it stutters, has steady 59-60fps except in cities and when there's alot of planes
system specs: intel core duo 3.0 ghz gt 240 512mb video card 4 gb mismatched 2 477mhz 2 533mhzram 3.2 gb showing windows xp 32 sp3 300gb hard drive 350 psu
