I guess some people will still find ways to explain this as part of some elaborate conspiracy again, but it's pretty much in line with what was said during Igromir, and with the development we've seen so far. So I don't see why it wouldn't be genuine.
Too bad though that Ubisoft is more or less confirmed now. Not really unexpected but I guess I'm not the only one who still hoped for a different publisher. At least it explains the silence and complete absence of any marketing efforts on the western markets
