I am sure there will be ridicules off road opportunities there. does it come with a make editor?

No map editor. Not sure about the PC tho.

Track isn't like free roam. Map editor is like free roam (whole map).. :/

Well I remember seeing them say it's for sure not in retail but not out of the question for DLC or patch.
