but this is only model i not sure if this is real or fictional.

i think this is the remake of SAVOIA 21 (1921) during WW2 (1943) in JAPAN yes after loose the war italian transfer many project and document in japan.in ITALY 1943 war finish in JAPAN 1943 war continue to 1945-46.
