Big Fish Under Boat?

I searched but can't find anything about this. But, while I sail around an island, on one side I can see the shadow of a giant fish that follows exactly under the boat, like a shadow or something.

What's the deal with this?

That's just an animation, you won't face any fish monster in the sea.
