Try to launch the game in safe mode. Laptop graphic card are always hard beasts.

I just tried it. Got loads of errors when I did. No luck I'm afraid. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling too but that hasn't helped.
Do you have any other ideas that I can try (Appreciate your help by the way)

Your drivers are the latest?
Perhaps the new patch will correct the problem.

Yes I've made sure that the drivers are the latest.

Is this a new patch that is due out soon? Hope so because I was really looking forward to trying this game
