Buckingham palace sept 1940:

The King later described to Churchill how the bombs blew out the windows of the room opposite where they were sitting, made two great craters in the palace quadrangle, bursting a water main, and wrecked the chapel, while the Queen is said to have remarked to a policeman on the day after the bombing that she was glad they'd been bombed, as she could now look the East End in the face."    I know the palace can't/won't be damged in the game. But outside of it will be ok.
