I was going to say something similar. My wife got a kick out of it though. She is from LA, and thought it would be a laugh to see a foot of snow there.

I'm not sure it would be a fan favorite unless it was limited to Northern California though.

Yeah that would be pretty sweet just to get it to snow up in Northern Cali if it was lower that 40 degrees making the roads all snowy. I know it gets icy but some snow on there would be sweet. I like the idea

Of course snow should lie in the Northern sector of California. Where it's already snowing in game now. Snow in South California wouldn't make sense, that's clear.

I got a tool now to unpack the game textures. I will see if there's anything possible. If yes I will try it out...

Are you talking about the WDB Extracter that Ivan and others made?
If so you should be able to edit the road textures....if you can find them....
All the textures are scrambled lol, was hard for me to find the wheels.wdb

I just know that this WDB-Extractor was created by K^2.
Actually I'm searching for the right textures (and already found some)...
