Whats your gamer tag on Xbox so I can add you to my friends list? Great to have a regular forum member with both platforms to highlight the differences (player skill levels included). I don't play Arcade but will join you in a match just to have a chat. The planes do seem heavier some nights (there was thread about this not so long ago!) - a lot of us on Xbox think that it may be some sort of micro lag issue due to its random nature.
There may be differences in the hardware processors that affect the way the game plays/feels or it may well be that the PS3 did have some changes with the patch. Your just going to have to play more sessions on Xbox to be sure....
