Frankly, it looks great, nice landscape, nice clouds, nice color palette.

Why didn't they develop a combat sim on this base ?

yes but FSX not compatible whit CFS3 if is compatible not have just tecnic and effect.

this airplane developed for FSX not for CFS3.
CFS3 is a OLD OLD STORY is a PAST STORY.
