Running an HD Radeon 4670 512mb here under Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit Build 7600 (fully updated) haven't had any crashes at all using CCC 10.7 drivers.

System specs:

Windows 7 Ult 32bit Build 7600
4GB RAM PC2-DDr2-5300
Gigabyte HD Radeon 4670 512mb DDR3 (CCC-10.7)
Maxtor 300GB SATA
Sound Blaster X-fi Xtreme Gamer
Asus P5LP-LE (Emery)BIOS 3.19
Thermaltake 430w PSU
