your MoW nickname must be listed in your gamespyaccount (logged in with your e-mail adress).

when you dont see your MoW nickname after login in gamespy homepage with your e-mail adress - you use wrong e-mail adress !!!!

ive tested changing password three times and all works perfect.

ps. pls give more infos what you have done - your questions are realy short described.

pps. when you want rename your gamespy/MoW nickname with special characters [ ( - = ) ] you must use gamespy-comrade-software. changing gamespy/MoW nickname with special characters dont work with gamespy homepage. (error message: nickname allready exist or nickname include unacceptable characters)
