You can have 99999999999 FPS from Graphics and CPU, but your LCD monitor works on 60 Hz, that means max 60 FPS and I think this laptop will make it for any game.

The main goal in building a powerful computer system is not going BELOW 60 fps at any moment in the simulation.
Going OVER 60 fps it´s overkill anyway,our eyes can´t say the difference beetwen 60 or 100 fps.
