The obvious too:
Buckingham Palace
Tower of London
Westminster Abbey
Houses of Parliament

We've also seen:
Stonehenge

Does anyone know of any more?

It must be difficult for the developers to decide what to include in the sim. Many of the Iconic landmarks like Buckingham Palace weren't actual targets. ( I know the the Palace whas bombed but it was by mistake ?????? Imaginge the bragging rights for that one!)

Without these buildings London would, just not be London, yet as a sim we'ld be more interest in a rich assortment of stategic targets (though then again I could be wrong?????)

As the docks were a major target at the time, I wonder how the variety shipping models are comming along. I wonder if a fire boat has been thought of? With operational water cannons!

Just what "Our" sim needs, Fire fighters doing their stuff

Well as far as targets/landmarks go I hope they have done this address for fun

Number 1 The Thames.

51.451793, 0.731249

+51° 27' 6.45", +0° 43' 52.50"

Also

http://indicatorloops.com/shellness.htm

None of this is essential as its a aircraft sim but is of interest to some.
