No matter how good a simulator is, It's up to the players to put 'soul' into the game. The developers can create an atmosphere in which we play but it won't stop the hour long chat wars between team members complaining about shoulder shooting!
Hmm theres an idea! Maybe we need an officers mess where disgruntled players can meet after a mission and kick each others butts!
