new ati driver 10.5 should resolve problems

AKA_Tenn i followed your suggestions and reinstalled 10.5, everything works again, thank you very much.

I turned off Dynamicallights (set it to 0) but it did not help.

What is actually flashing is trasparent textures like canopies when against transparent objects like clouds or prop disks.
