Can't get the demo to work

Hi all,
I just DLed the MoWRD demo and I'm getting an error message that says this .dll is missing and it won't load up;

d3dx9_41.dll

Anyone got a clue where I can get it?

Thanks, found my problem. My DirectX was out dated is all.
All I had to do was visit Billy's site and DL the latest version.

Thats what d3dx9_41 is. Downloads faster then downloading it from other sites.
