The latest version works with the Russina 7.62 and a few files from 7.62 Reloaded. I'm not sure it works with the English 7.62, and if it does you need to use van-d-all's clean-up script.
Dancer said a long time ago that a translated version might be released when the final version of HLA is released. To translate it now would just be in vain since it would have to be done again and again... When will the final version be released? When it's ready
