Effects=2 in Black Death track dropped FPS drastically. For example in the scene where the IL-2's bomb the convoy, normally it rarely dips below 50FPS, but with effects=2 to 20ish. Not worth it and Oleg has said it is a bugged and not recommended feature. I have now found the best setup for me that runs SMOOTH...will post the conf.ini after work.
