Ok... I'm stupid... I didn't install the mod, just looked through your modded files because I'm close to the last mission and want to finish first and then install your mod for my next playthrough... So i didn't notice that those "_mk2_black0" ships in there are the templar ships.
On the other hand while looking through your files again I found out how to add the ships with different colors myself
