So all I have to do is kill all the waves of gray fighter that come out? Could you please help me. Tell me a good way to finish this mission by continuing after the dialogue when Greyhair says: Don't let the courier get away.....

The ONLY way you can do this is if you went specialist at the very beginning, and use the special ability 'Hack Ship'...

Aha, I see. So the only way is to destroy the gray fighters at the old MSF station and hope that Ternie doesn't die.Btw immediately after I save Ternie or she dies, do I get my final mothership.

The only way Ternie dies is if you went the Inoco route.

Hmm, well first time I tried the MSF way but I failed the mission, I told those guys that I have a bomb and etc then Corsair let me go. And after that I went to Alex in Charon, helped the proffesor do the exploration in the Precursor system and in the Border system the gray showed up and got Ternie.

You are on the Alex route than.

Theres the MSF route, the NESF route, the Triada route, the Inoco Route, and the Alex route.

Your initial three choices are MSF, NESF, and Triada. During the Triada route you have the option of abandoning Triada for Inoco. If you fail ANY of the missions on any of the routes, you get automatically placed on the Alex route.
