Good thread, Gilly!

I love this game ..
when I play alone, it's really relaxing ..
I select a SIM training mode, i choose a slowly opponent as a Po and my excursion begin.
I enjoy the level of details and the sense of freedom of this game...
I look around, flying under the bridges, above the clouds.. I try new tricks looking my flaps go down landing in a field... i go to the refrigerator, i take a beer and smoke a cigarette and take off again... (before the Po joins me and drop a bomb on my head)

When three months ago I finally installed Internet ... for me it started a new Era.
At first, dealing with real pilots, I had to re-learn how to fly ..

The spectacular thing about this game, over fireballs and black stripes which we draw in the sky ..and the rains of aircraft spare parts ... is that every pilot i meet in the sky, has a personal way to fly!
Everyone has a repertoire of characteristic maneuvers, that allows to define each player.. and makes each match unique.

When you begin to know the other pilots, this great tribe of historic aircraft real fans ... you can almost fly without HUD and recognize every pilot looking his way to fly ..

I thank this good online company, mostly the Skullbreakers for the many hours we spent together in this intense and involving scenario.. although I have yet to learn to bail faster ..

See you in the skies, flying mates!

(and sorry for my google translator english... )

Was serious mate! Great command of English. I could just hear that being spoken over a black and white film as spits and 109's dogfight amongst the clouds

Il2 BoP is great for so many reasons, but one of those I will put highest is what happened last night, as a bunch of good fellows lined up in M.C. 202 and flew Sicilly around.
The attitude, the common interest and the politeness of most of the flyers as we join up for either a fight or a free flight makes it a pleasure to be online gaming this.

I could probably fill a whole page with what I love about this game. The graphics, flight models, sense of time and place are all unsurpassed. Great bunch of freinds flying round Dover radar station and down the cliffs. Laughing my arse off as I get nibbled by short machine gun bursts on return leg.

I remember lots of team battles with winny where neither of us had mics but had almost telepathic team play.

Some fantastic aerial dances with ratman trying to get the micro uper hand and get the kill shot.

Capturing the airfield with 300 tickets left and 302 seconds on the clock.

Best game since Halo. Nearly wrecked my relationship with the Mrs but all worth it!

I second every word Wookie. This winter I was happy I didn't have a woman to stall me. I probably would have bailed...

From the first strikes in arcade trying to escort and defend, to the last attempts to make a beautifull formation of 202's over Sicily. The laughs, the battles, the in-game comments that just swept me of my chair...

Let this be a tribute to the game, the planes and all of you great guys in the skies!

Til Vallhall!

Unfortunately in reality, my English is very poor..
To write here, I help me a lot with google translator ... really! I read and reread what I write and I hope to make myself understood..
Meanwhile, fortunately, I learn something!

As you know, i'm not a big user of my mic... just 3 words "oooh, good shot! Aaaargh! Ouuuch! Good match! I bail..."

amen.. however these are the best ways to learn a language!
