Ok, during the change of scenarious it is possible upgrade the unit.
On the right of the unit managment screen there is a button with a up arrow to choose a new compatible unit type: a paesant could be upgrade to last footman unit type available in the current campaign. I have an other question ... I upgraded a Paesant level 5 to a level 5 Halbierd ... I thought that after an upgrade the upgraded unit has level 0... Has someone a game crash after choose a new perk on level 6 unit ?
