I was getting suspicious when the contest came up(where if you preordered, you got the original game for free) and steam only listed necrovision.
Seems february was slow after all and all the bigger games were pushed to march. I just don't get these business decisions... |

I'd like to know what happened as well. Why postpone the game 2 days before release? Must have been something really critical that was found, gamebreaking bug, perhaps.

I don't think it was a bug that got the game delayed.
More like it's to help the sales of necrovision expansion AND SW3. By separating the two in to different release dates increases the chance to sell more of each. They are a totally different genres of course(and quite cheap for 25 euros IMO),but who knows what business execs actually think...no one cares what we want and when,it's all about profit. Just look at Ubisoft and the crappy new DRM to see what I'm talking about. ![]() With all said,I'm still hyped for SW3 and glad 1C releases it at all. ![]() At least we get Necrovision to keep us happy during the weekend(even though I would have preferred SW). I got lots of other games to finish and Front mission 5 too,so... ![]() |
