Not sure since I don´t use steam myself... but there is plenty of other DCG users who are running steam...
What do you mean with the obvious change to file structure? All you need to do to get DCG up an running, is to create a mods folder in your main men of war folder, as far as I know, the 17-step-by-step guide in this thread do work for steam as well (only that the path settings for DCG will look a bit different). ~Zeke.
