I have had a reply from MS saying thet they are prepared to help once they are satisfied that the we have exhausted all attempts to resolve this issue through 505's support dept. 'Which we have!' -was my reply! Give 505 a bit more time but I am of the opinion that we don't let them of the hook too easily and keep up the pressure!

Also, should this new email from 505 be forwarded to MS?
