4. MAG.... kinda interesting game.

5. Warhawk, is a fun online only game. Futuristic Sci-fi that's just fun for the hell of it.

6. It's got the PATCH!

7. I dunno, I got Resident Evil 5 for it. But that's on both consoles, so I guess it's just preference.
OMHWTFBBQ!?!?!?! YOU FORGOT KILLZONE 2!!! Seriously though it's not for everyone, but Killzone 2 was the most fun I've had in a long time, plus the story was amazing.

Oh yeah... Killzone 2 is a pretty sweet game. The dudes in black, have a MG that looks like a futuristic MG42! Kinda cool.

You guys forgot about the most important one. Gran Turismo.
Plus I just recently got a PSP with GTPSP so cars and funds (hopefully) will transfer over when GT5 comes out, and one thing I love about it is I can stream movies from my ps3 from anywere on the planet. You have to leave the ps3 on but if you were in a Wifi area you can log on to your ps3 and watch movies. This is a really cool feature that I love.

Another good reason is HDD upgrades. I just put a 640 gb hardrive in mine so I have plenty of room for a long time. I have 20 demos on mine plus 30 movies.

And maybe for a good story you could check out Heavy Rain this games looks pretty good.

All the above plus:
Resistance 1&2
God of War re-release + 3

And the PS3 will start to pull ahead of the 360 in terms of graphics now (probably only for exclusive titles though - see Uncharted 2 for proof).

Also, there's great exclusives on PSN store, Wipeout HD, Super Stardust HD, Pixel Junk Eden and fl0wer being ones that spring to mind.

And if gimmicks are your bag, there will be that 3D stuff in the near future.

Here are some exclusive features of ps3:

) Cell broadband engine. It's a somewhat more powerful machine for running 3d engines - as long as the developers make the game on a ps3 devkit first. It has 2 main cpu's and 6 more that can operate independently. A lot of games use one of other 6 to record video of games while you're playing them. I wish IL-2 would do that, since it clearly doesn't use them all.

) slightly better gpu turns 400gflops to 240gflops in the xbox gpu. Usually won't notice any difference.

)online is totally free, though there's a viral hoax message still going around claiming it won't be soon.

) it's a blu-ray player - don't care that it's a blu-ray player? Well the games are also on blu-ray, and blu-ray discs can hold up to 50gb of data if they're dual-density. Metal Gear Solid 4 used all 50gb. The launch title Resistance was 16 gb.

) you can get a ps3 in pretty much any color as long as it's black.

) it has a web browser for if your pc breaks or something. Youtube works.

) things ps3's used to be able to do but can't (mine is a launch ps3 so it does them all): play ps2 games, run linux, have 4 usb ports, have memory card readers. launch ps3's also have been successfully swap-magicked for ps2 games, but I don't know if it still works.

While the message hoax was that if you forwarded it onto to X number of friends you could keep your free access, it isn't a hoax that Sony are considering adding premium content on top of the free access. No-one know what this will entail yet though.

Sony are in the process of expanding the PSN so that it's TVs, Blu Ray players and other equipment will be able to log on and download movies etc..

Sony also commissioned a Survey in the UK and asked questions like 'How much would you be willing to pay per month' - The options ranged from £2.99 to £14.99 and £19.99 to £99.99 for the year. They want to push exclusives and early releases more.

It's only a matter of time before Sony start charging. They are a PLC and that means they exist to make the most money possible for their shareholders.

I think it's inevitable.. Although I'm hoping that they'll keep the PS3 access free and be happy with the download sales..
